The goodr F’ing Rewards Loyalty Program is designed to provide rewards and promotional benefits to customers who participate in the program through goodr.com. By enrolling in the program, members agree to abide by the terms outlined here, in addition to goodr’s general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which govern the collection and use of personal information. In the case of any conflicts between these Loyalty Program terms and the general Terms and Conditions, the general Terms and Conditions will take precedence. Participation in the program also includes agreement to resolve disputes through individual arbitration, waiving the right to jury trials or class actions.
F’ing Rewards provides members with points, benefits, and tier statuses, all of which are subject to change at goodr’s discretion. The company may modify or terminate the program at any time without notice, and unredeemed points will be forfeited in the event of termination. Members are responsible for keeping themselves informed of any updates or changes to the program, and continued participation signifies acceptance of such changes. If a member chooses not to accept the revised terms, their only recourse is to opt out of the program. goodr is not liable for any points or benefits lost as a result of changes to the program.
Eligibility for F’ing Rewards is limited to U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old. Membership requires a goodr.com account, and participation is free. California residents should note that the program may constitute a “financial incentive” under state law. Members may opt out of the program at any time, which will result in the loss of any unredeemed points or benefits and prevent earning points during periods of non-participation.
Members earn points for eligible purchases, referred to as Qualified Orders, which contribute to tier status. Points are awarded at a rate of one point per dollar spent on eligible items, excluding taxes, fees, gift cards, discounts, and shipping charges. Tier levels range from entry-level to premium tiers based on accumulated points, and tier status lasts for 12 months from the date achieved. Points may be removed if associated purchases are returned, potentially affecting tier status. Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money.
Perks such as exclusive offers, early access, and discounts may be provided to members based on their tier. Perks may be personalized according to purchase behavior and preferences, and all offers are subject to limitations, expiration dates, and terms outlined in communications. Members are required to redeem Perks at the time of purchase, and all rewards and benefits are intended for individual use only. F’ing Rewards accounts are personal, non-transferable, and not for commercial resale.
The program may be updated, suspended, or terminated at goodr’s discretion. Misuse of accounts, including fraudulent or commercial activity, may result in account termination and forfeiture of points or Perks. U.S. and California laws govern participation and all matters related to the program. Information collected in connection with program participation is managed in accordance with goodr’s Privacy Policy.
Certain program benefits and points are not available for bulk orders, corporate gifts, or resale purchases. Incentives may involve sharing personal information, including purchase history, contact information, and other details, and are considered financial incentives under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Participation in promotional programs, surveys, or limited-time offers is optional and may provide rewards in exchange for personal information. Members may opt out of any program or promotional participation at any time.
